    • Before starting, ensure the device is aligned with the valve and press gently to maintain a tight connection.

  • • Some foods naturally release gas during storage, such as cooked meat, broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, potatoes and other starchy foods, high-sugar fruits, and fermented foods (e.g., kimchi).
